Questions about the bill

In two streams. Compute is billed per CU-hour for the size each deployed agent reserves, busy or idle. Models called through the AI Gateway are billed at the provider’s price, with no markup. The Usage page shows both, by day, in US dollars.

Every agent in the account stops, so a runaway agent cannot spend past the number you set. Set an alert threshold below the limit to get a warning first. Raise the limit, or wait for the next billing period, and the agents start again.

Yes. Your account’s oldest running agent bills $0 for compute, at any size. Stop or delete it and the allowance moves to your next-oldest running agent. Model usage through the AI Gateway is not included. The messaging that connects an agent to web chat, Slack, and Teams is free for every agent, and storage is not charged.
